By creating an account or using Wire Me, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Wire Me is a professional news aggregation tool that collects and displays publicly available articles from RSS feeds and public sources across a range of industries. We do not author the articles displayed — all content belongs to its respective publishers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Articles displayed are sourced from public RSS feeds and remain the property of their respective publishers.
  • Notes and other content you create within Wire Me remain yours.
  • The Wire Me application, branding, and design are proprietary.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wire Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any articles or content displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party articles linked from the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wire Me and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
